How it Works

We are currently looking for Furniture and Home Decor Items over $250 in original value. If you have an item to sell, E-mail a photograph to me at: kmfurnitureconsign@gmail.com
Include a description, measurements, the original amount paid and your current appraisal. I will negotiate the price with you. If acceptable, you may bring it to the store or a professional delivery service can be arranged.

We will show the item on our floor for 120 days at the agreed price.
Your photo will also be available on-line for customers to view at www.fabricresource.com and FaceBook: Interior Fabrics Scottsdale.
Items over $500 will be advertised on Craig’s list.

After 120 days, at the agreed sale price, the price will be reduced by 10% per month up to 6 months. After the item is sold, a check for 50% of the sale price will be issued to you at the end of the month. If the item does not sell within 6 months, you may pick it up or we can arrange a donation pick-up.
