Sofa and chair construction:

• All hardwood kiln dried frame.
  
• No-sag "S" springs with high density polyester foam cushions wrapped with high loft polyester fiberfill.
  
• Springs and frames have a lifetime warranty and cushions have a 3 year warranty.
  
• 2 Year warranty on all fabrics.
