What are your shipping rates?
Trim - $19.95 Flat Rate on all orders.
Drapery Hardware - $19.95 Flat Rate.
We do not ship outside the contiguous U.S.
Where do you ship?
How is my merchandise shipped?
I placed an order but didn’t get an order confirmation. Does that mean my order didn’t go through?
Unfortunately, in these times all email providers are having to raise their firewall protections to keep junk/spam emails for their users at a minimum. If you don’t see an order confirmation in your junk or spam folder, we recommend creating a contact for us within your email program, so you don’t miss future communications from us. You can add customerservice@fabricresource.com and fabricresource@gmail.com as good email addresses for us, which tells your email program that we’re an okay contact to accept emails from.
We aren’t always able to resend auto-generated emails like confirmations, but we can give you verbal confirmation that we’ve received your order and are working on it.
How long will it take?
Please allow an extra couple of days for hardware deliveries from Paris Texas Hardware and Classical Elements. Custom Pillow Cover orders will ship to you in 2-3 weeks, once they're completed by the workroom.
Uttermost products are taking 2-10+ business days to arrive.
What if I don't receive my order?
If you haven't received your order within five (5) business days, please contact us so that we can trace your package for you. Please allow 7 business days on Paris Texas and Classical Elements hardware before contacting us.

Do you accept returns?
We will gladly accept returns of uncut fabric or trim and items inventoried at our store(s) within 30 (thirty) days of the original purchase. Please contact us prior to making any returns so we can direct your return to the proper location and watch for its arrival. Not contacting us could delay your refund.
- All return shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer.
- All returns must be arranged within 30 (thirty) days of the original purchase.
- Uncut fabric and trim returns will be accepted on orders of 6 yards or more.Special order fabrics and trims may need to be sent back to the manufacturer they were shipped from. These items will be subject to a 25% restocking fee per the manufacturer. Please contact us prior to shipping your return so we can provide you with any pertinent information the manufacturer requires, such as an RA (Return Authorization) Number along with the address for the return. Special order fabrics and trims are identifiable as having a capital letter followed by a dash/hyphen then a name (example: F-Velation or E-Fern Tape).
- All hardware returns must be in their original packaging.
Special order hardware from Paris Texas Hardware must be returned to the manufacturer and are subject to a 40% restocking fee per Paris Texas Hardware. Please contact us prior to shipping your return so we can provide you with any pertinent information the manufacturer requires, such as an RA (Return Authorization) Number along with the address for the return.
Special order hardware from Classical Elements must be returned to the manufacturer and are subject to a 25% restocking fee per Classical Elements. Please contact us prior to shipping your return so we can provide you with any pertinent information the manufacturer requires, such as an RA (Return Authorization) Number along with the address for the return.
- Rugs must be returned to the manufacturer they were shipped from and will incur a 25% restocking fee per the manufacturer. Please contact us prior to shipping your return so we can provide you with any pertinent information the manufacturer requires, such as an RA (Return Authorization) Number along with the address for the return.
- When packaging your return, ensure you take every measure to protect the product. Items damaged during transit due to lack of proper packaging may not be accepted for credit.
Uttermost Return Policy-
- The return process can be started within 5 days of the product being received by the customer.
- Customer pays freight on return.
- Item must be in the original packaging.
- 25% restocking fee.
