First, a little bit about the color orange

Orange is a color of positive energy, health and vitality. It is known to fuel imagination and optimism, so if you’re in need of a little uplift, the color orange is ideal. Orange, being the combination of red and yellow, stimulates warmth and happiness, which is why it, as well as other colors close in its family, make fall decor so enjoyable.

Pumpkin orange is iconic but that doesn’t mean it has to be your only focus in order to achieve an autumn atmosphere inside your home. Some other colors and combinations worth considering include bronze and off white, orange paired with copper and wine, red and yellow with touches of yellow, dark brown with cream and orange or green, burnt orange and poppy-red and even aubergine (an eggplant purple) paired with rust red or golden yellow.
