Pantone’s 2022/2023 Autumn & Winter Palette Has Arrived!

Summer is officially in full swing. And, as we immerse ourselves in all the enjoyment the season has to offer, focusing on fall and winter right now just seems outrageous — but not to Pantone. In fact, it’s actually been months since they released their amazing autumn and winter color palette for 2022/2023. What does that mean for you? More decorating options, of course! Let’s take a peek at what they have mapped out color-wise for the upcoming season(s). 

Colors That Hit All the Moods

The chosen color palette is meant to reflect our hybridized lifestyles and our contradictory yearnings. Leatrice Eiseman, Executive Director of the Pantone Color Institute, best encapsulates it as this in a press release: 

“Colors for Autumn/Winter 2022/2023 contrast our competing desires for calm and comfort with energy-boosting vitality through a range of restful and restorative colors, in tandem with exuberant tones. As we move forward into an environment filled with contradiction, hues for Autumn/Winter 2022/2023 enable consumers to move fluidly between a range of contrasting shades, allowing them to spontaneously express who they are and how they feel on any given day.”

Where To Use Them In the Home

As you can see, these hues are so diverse they can be used in seemingly endless ways. Of course, our recommendation is to incorporate a color or two with fabrics.
